Alexander Technique Introductory Course
Rosalie is now a tutor at the Mary Ward Centre and is running a six week course to introduce you to the basic principles of the Alexander Technique. It is an ideal first step before starting one to one sessions, with lots of information and practical work in a friendly, supportive environment.
